Mercury Bravo 2 Propeller Stainless Steel BRS 5 Blade for Mercury and Konrad Sterndrives.
The BRS5-Blade Mercury Bravo-2 Propeller has a constant 17.25-inch diameter,15 through 24 pitches with Right- or Left-hand rotation. Excellent acceleration, grip and fuel economy. PowerTech! Stainless Steel Propellers are cast in one integral piece in a ceramic mold. This process is used by all motor manufacturers as well as a few leading propeller manufacturers. The extra expense is well worth the outlay compared to the cheaper “weld-on blade” process. Available in Satin Finish Only.
The Bravo 2 Propellers are available with a M400 rubber press in hub or the CLM400 Cushion Lok Hub System. The CLM400 type of hub is self-replaceable, prevents hub slippage, and eliminates gear clash. Typical rubber press in hubs tend to fail due to excessive loading, causing extended down times and having to take them into propeller service shops for replacement.
NOTE: The Cushion Lok Hub is the best choice to prevent hub failure.
