WEST SYSTEM® 403 Microfibers Adhesive Filler is a premium adhesive filler formulated to increase the bonding strength of WEST SYSTEM epoxy systems. Made from a fine blend of cellulose microfibers, it thickens mixed epoxy resin and hardener into a strong, gap-filling adhesive that penetrates wood fibers while maintaining exceptional holding power. It is the preferred filler for structural wood bonding, laminating, scarf joints, strip planking, and other applications where maximum adhesion is critical.
When blended with WEST SYSTEM 105 Epoxy Resin and any compatible 200 Series Hardener, 403 Microfibers creates a versatile adhesive that resists sagging while still wetting porous surfaces for superior mechanical and chemical bonding. It also works with G/flex® 650 and G/5® Five-Minute Adhesive, making it suitable for a wide range of repair and fabrication projects. The cured mixture is off-white in color and develops excellent structural strength for both marine and general-purpose applications.
